Responsibilities: The Opportunity


This position is one of the main interfaces between Pepsi Co and the company's PR and Digital agency, with the central role of developing the company's narratives (focusing on its ESG or Pepsi Co Positive strategy and other key messages) and directing communication strategies, according to each audience, channels and business objectives. It will work in relationships with communication outlets and other key stakeholders (internal and external), supporting the amplification of the company's messages, the positioning of executives and the construction and protection of the corporate brand with the press and proprietary channels.


Your Impact


As Communication Sr Analyst your functions would consist of:

• Execution public relations in order to promote the Pepsi Co corporate brand and all its activities, among other key messages, through different channels: press, events and external forums, speaking opportunities, activations, partnerships, sponsorships, etc.
• Map and develop an ongoing relationship strategy with strategic stakeholders for the company, considering diverse audiences such as: journalists, opinion leaders, communities, trade associations, etc.
• Interface of communication agencies.
• Development of communication results reports.
• Development of communication plannings and schedules.
• Relationship and contract management between Pepsi Co and suppliers / communication partners.
• Integration with other partner areas, including Digital (Social Media)
• Support in the analysis and measurement of performance KPIs for press.
• Management and monitoring of payments and the communication budget, being an interface with the Finance area.

Qualifications: Who Are We Looking For?

• At least 3-4 years of experience in a corporate communications role
• Experience in press relations
• Excellent interpersonal relationship
• Experience in ESG is an advantage
• Production, updating and organization of executive presentations (PPT)
• Organization and multitasking
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Data-driven mindset
• Advanced English
• Basic Spanish
