Health and Biosciences (H&B), one of four business units within IFF, is seeking to fill an open position for Business Support Analyst, based in Castelo´s site in São Paulo/Brazil, reporting to the H&B Country Leader in Brazil.

Business Support Analyst will support the business with daily administrative and marketing tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, as well as supporting sales in actions related to the business, as per bellow described:

• Support to Sales Team of H&B Brazil:
  • Focal point of H&B in Castelo's office to internal and external employees
  • Supporting office matters for newcomers/employees
  • Support to issues related to sending and receiving samples to customers and other IFF sites
  • Meeting room reservations (internal and external)
  • Support H&B segments leaders with travel (air tickets, reservations, etc)
  • Freebies coordination for each Business Segment: Request and maintain a stock of sales freebies used by different segments (e.g. pens and notebooks)
  • Requesting Business Cards for current and new employees

• Support of H&B director:
  • Coordinate H&B LA Director agenda
  • Coordinate transportation when H&B Director is visiting Brazil

• Support MARCOM team to organize events for all H&B divisions in Brazil
  • Support event organization (hotel and room reservations, transportation)
  • Catering
  • Homologation of new vendors at SAP for new suppliers
  • Suppliers’ payment process in SAP

• Support all payments of H&B
  • Expense management in SAP: Classify expenses in the correct H&B Cost
  • Homologation new vendors at SAP for new customers and suppliers
  • Follow up: Issue ticket requests to solve payment issues
  • Align payment with BU leader before proceeding
  • Reports as per requested

• Specific for Food Biosciences:
  • Along with Sales Team, support Control of Freezer Contracts, NFs, and serial numbers at all customers which is updated at a specific Sharepoint Freezers Share Point of Freezers.
  • Freezer Policy control of freezers in Latin America maintenance, contact with customers for exchanges and returns and maintenance and delivery logistics

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Administration
• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Intermediate (as a plus)
