Location & Remote Work
This opportunity is remote. We continue to have our office in São Paulo and employees can go up to twice a week, optionally.

Stages of the Selection Process
Our selection process currently lasts an average of 30-40 days, from application to completion of the assessment. Going through:

• Application & screening
• Interview with Leadership
• Interviews with Stakeholder
• Interview with head of recruitment team

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the scheduling of technical interviews for candidates in Corporate & Operations;
• Work in partnership with the recruiters in the area to ensure the hiring SLA;
• Be the guardian of the c NPS, ensuring weekly analyses of the data and providing improvement suggestions;
• Contribute to the screening and selection process for more junior profiles;
• Communicate periodically with hiring managers to build the best strategy for closing positions.

Requirements

• Experience with talent acquisition;
• Experience with candidate experience and problem-solving;
• Responsibility, strong work ethic, autonomy, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
• Ability to influence and effectively drive results in a fast-paced environment;
• Completed degree or equivalent education;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Advanced English.
