IT Project Manager (LATAM based)

If you are a professional with a proven track record in the IT industry and a passion for collaboration and results, we want to hear from you.Requirements:- A minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
- Expertise in managing digital products and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Availability to work in EST time zone.
- Commitment to 40 hours per week.Responsibilities:- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all production talent within the agency.
- Initiate and oversee projects in systems that interact with internal teams and partners.
- Ensure all projects are up-to-date, providing follow-ups to partners and internal teams.
- Manage multiple projects effectively, within established timeframes and budget parameters, proactively flagging any issues.
- Guarantee the quality delivery of all contracted deliverables to the account team.
- Create and update project status reports, providing timely updates of project tracking against budget to the CEO and Head of Operations.
- Develop initial estimates, designate hours for each role, manage project budgets and costs, and flag the Managing Director for invoicing at key milestones.
- Schedule and conduct internal meetings to review creative progress.
- Develop post-project recaps for clients and the internal team.
- Maintain internal documents for the production team (e.g., development credentials, design standards, social media standards).
- Collaborate with the Head of Strategy, Head of Operaciones and CEO, for scenario planning related to web development, creating cases for various build complexities.Considerations:Must work in the EST time zone.
Must have flawless English proficiency.
Must be available for 40 hours per week.
Must be located in LATAM.
