I am a Talent Analyst looking for people in Brazil for a Lead Developer Position to work on a project in the automotive sector!

Responsibilities

Participate in design and architecture discussions.
Ensure that solutions are following security and performance best practices.
Create & maintain design and other documentation required by the clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges, providing guidance and solutions.
Communicate with customer’s team members and align technical solutions.
Understand requirements and make viable technical solutions choosing appropriate frameworks.
Conduct code reviews
Guarantee a stable and productive development environment.
Mentoring and share knowledge with more junior team members.

Requirements for this challenge

Have advanced English proficiency for conversation.
Solid experience in software architecture design and technical leadership.
Solid experience at least with one Cloud Provider (AWS /Azure/ GCP).
Solid experience in back-end development using Java and/or Kotlin for backend.
Comfort learning new frameworks.
Experience designing software architecture and defining frameworks and technologies;
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to create proof of concepts and coding complex mechanisms.

Solid experience developing responsive web-based applications using React and typescript
