Hi There, This is Dara from CI&T! I am a Talent Analyst looking for people in Brazil for a Mid Level QA Engineer Position to work on an internacional project.

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with a strong background in manual testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring the highest quality in software products. While experience in automation testing is not mandatory, familiarity with automation tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential quality issues.
Conduct regression testing and validate fixes in new releases.
Participate in requirements review and design discussions to provide quality input.
Maintain and enhance existing test documentation and processes.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in manual testing.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Nice to have: Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
