Key Account Manager for Cloud & Service Provider

Main Purpose:
What do you get to do in this position?
- Communicate and interact with business decision makers at all levels to identify needs and requirements as well as market opportunities.
- Account planning including: Customer landscape, Financial information, Opportunity and Account Goals (sales & marketing action plan). Create plans based on ROI driven business models. Define Sales and KPIs targets for each Key Account.
- Develop and maintain direct relationship with the Key Accounts with a deep understanding of their business model, operation, and organization.
- Responsible for orders and sales results and to measure the accounts target achievements.
- Work close with all Business Units and Departments for consistent Key Account development plans and management. Analytics and Sales Track at the account level by country. Share market best practices. Prioritize and coordinate the key projects
- There will be no direct team, only indirectly (leadership by influence).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Strong experience with selling Cloud and Service Provider (C&SP), Data Center (Colocation and Hyperscale) or similar complex solutions (eg.: Electrical Industry – Plus: UPS, Cooling, low and medium voltage knowledge).
- Prior experience working with complex sales cycles that can at times last 6 months or longer and experience in selling on a high hierarchy level (C Suite).
- Consultative/Solution focused selling experience.
- Strong process orientation and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate both internally and with partners and customers.
- Team player with Humble-minded leadership.
- Leverage business from new & established relationships.
- Strategize, negotiate & close business.
- Ability to lead complex client engagement teams.
- Proficient at Social Selling.
- Create and execute territory action plans, reflect on progress and pivot to improve.
- Long term growth mindset combined with a drive to meet quarterly goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
