What you will do
The PV Analyst, Global Consumer Engagement Activity Management is responsible for coordinating the safety data management process for company sponsored market research, consumer feedback and digital activities performed globally to ensure compliance with applicable pharmacovigilance requirements.

• Responsible for coordination, collection, review and approval of program materials from Consumer Engagement activities

• Collect quality and compliance metrics related to safety data management process

• Develop SOPs, work instructions and training materials pertaining to oversight of pharmacovigilance activities for company sponsored consumer engagement activities

• Support inspection readiness activities and internal audits and external Regulatory Authority inspections.

• Liaise with external vendor as required for the coordination of the safety data management plan, reconciliation activities, contract verification or other related activity as outlined in Company policies and procedures

• Collaborate with Consumer Business Intelligence, Marketing, Consumer Science, Global Consumer Care, Local Pharmacovigilance (LPV), Procurement and other stakeholders to streamline systems and processes to ensure pharmacovigilance requirements are met.

Qualifications
What we are looking for

• Qualification in Medical/ Health Sciences and/or proven equivalent experience in pharmacovigilance and safety issue management

• Approximately 1 to 3 years of PV experience

• Computer literate with basic knowledge of safety database systems

• Fluent communication skills in English, any additional language is a plus

• Ability to connect in a global organization
