Product Development Coordinator (DI&I, CSI and SED)

What you will do
You will lead and develop a group responsible for developing solutions that:
- Provides the driver with safe and premium user experience through easy controls and the right information. Acting with clear sense of ownership for the holistic HMI, gain insight into our customer needs and identify opportunities that benefit the customer (DI&I).
- Assists the driver in taking intuitive tactical decisions when driving, with the objective to achieve a safe, efficient and comfortable ride (SED - connected to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems development).
- Creates the future and maintain the EE architectures of our vehicles (CSI). A team that drives the testing of ECUs (HW and our operational SW platforms).
You and your group will work cooperatively with others across the organization (multi sites) to achieve shared objectives, both when it comes to technology strategies and deliver solutions that meet our customer expectations and needs.
Form the group with appropriate and diverse mix of styles, perspectives, and experience. Establishing common objectives and a shared mindset. Empowering others and foster an open dialogue and collaboration among the team. Lead the group’s work on the agile journey and continuously work with improvements.
Who are you?
Relevant Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent;
- Embedded systems – solid experience in HW components (ECU’s, sensors, actuators and wiring harnesses) and SW design (SW architecture, communication protocols, diagnostics). Knowledge of CAN tools (canalyzer, canoe, etc);
- To manage this, you love cross functional work, and you will easily build the network with the stakeholders;
- Solid experience as team leader;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Automotive knowledge – Understanding how different systems in a truck/car interacts and work together.
Meritorious to have:
- Experience from leading hardware team in agile development is a merit / Project management skills;
- International and multi-cultural experience with a global organization;
- Experience with HIL testing and vehicle testing;
- Good knowledge of software programming languages like C, C++, C# and Python;
- Experience from supplier management is beneficial.
