We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our products, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with the company s strategic objectives. This professional will play a key role in connecting cross-functional teams and driving high-impact deliveries.

Responsibilities:
Develop the product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on customer value.
Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify improvements and opportunities.
Oversee the product lifecycle, from planning to launch and performance monitoring.
Define success metrics (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.
Ensure alignment and clear communication among all areas involved in the project.

Solid experience as a Product Manager or in similar roles.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).
Strong skills in data analysis and metric interpretation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at different levels.
Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or related areas.

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Hybrid model: 3 days per week onsite in Campinas, Brazil.
