Job Description Summary
This role is to provide Project Controls, which includes schedule and cost controlling on large projects, of Grid Solutions Business in Brazil.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:- Provide internal and external reporting of project status;
- Support Project Manager to align project budgets in appropriate systems;
- Update changes in appropriate systems to ensure costs are aligned to the current situation of the project;
- Support project close out and claims;
- Provide support to tenders;
- Oversee the planning function on the project, build report/KPI. Check and control cost movements during the project, maintaining a register of actual and committed costs.
- Control some suppliers invoicing process.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Student of Electrical or Mechanical engineering others areas;
- Great data handling skills (Excel Advanced, VBA…);
- Fluent Portuguese, English (Advanced);
Desired Characteristics:
- Proactive attitude;
- thorough and precise;
- Knowledge of Planning tools (Primavera P6);
