What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP i Xp Intern - Cloud Support Success Factors
Location: São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil - hybrid (3x per week)

• Provide an outstanding support service to our customers by performing root cause analysis and delivering solutions.
• Support customers via real time channels.
• Create or enhance existing documentation.
• Report system errors to the development teams.

What you bring:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Systematical, communicative and creative focus
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Undergraduate students in IT/Computer Science, Business or related areas (from the 2nd semester or later or to be graduated in approximately 24 months)
• Knowledge with Business Processes would be a benefit
• Problem solving/analytical skills
• Flexible approach working in teams as well as environment
• Advanced English required, Spanish is an advantage
• Previous experience with customer support and/or ticketing tool is an advantage

Meet your team:
Our Product Support organization is looking for an intern to join the SAP Success Factors team who is driven by a desire to provide our customers with outstanding Support Experience.
The primary responsibility is to assist our customers in resolving issues related to the implementation, deployment, functionality, and usage of SAP Success Factors Product, specifically to Onboarding solution.
