We are looking now for Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and help us expand our presence in Brazil.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with experience in campaign management, optimization, and performance analysis, handling substantial budgets.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor campaigns performance and provide insights.
- Ability to manage budgets, leads plan-fact and creative tasks independently.
- Creative mindset for developing engaging ad content and coming up with new strategies and experiments.
- Solid level of English; fluent Russian.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
What you will do:
- Launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Manage budgets, optimisation goals, creative assets and develop campaigns structure across Meta, Google and other targeted platforms like Tik Tok and Linked In.
- Analyze and optimize campaigns performance, providing actionable insights and alerts.
- Develop and implement new ad strategies and tests.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce effective ad creatives.
- Conduct landing page experiments and manage project timelines.
