In the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth (Product Marketing) to help build out our rapidly growing business in Brazil. This role requires hands on experience in leading acquisition teams (product marketing, freemium campaigns, and similar) and guiding them towards consistent repeatable business growth.
This role will report into the Brazil Head of Market and be one of the critical leaders in our efforts to scale our business in Brazil. Triple Ten has a unique opportunity to quickly become the IT Bootcamp Market Leader in Brazil and this role will play a large part in bringing it to fruition.

In the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth (Product Marketing) to help build out our rapidly growing business in Brazil. This role requires hands on experience in leading acquisition teams (product marketing, freemium campaigns, and similar) and guiding them towards consistent repeatable business growth.
This role will report into the Brazil Head of Market and be one of the critical leaders in our efforts to scale our business in Brazil. Triple Ten has a unique opportunity to quickly become the IT Bootcamp Market Leader in Brazil and this role will play a large part in bringing it to fruition.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Growth Lead, Head of Growth, or similar role in Ed Tech, Saa S, or other tech companies; startup experience is a plus.
- Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and growth hacking methods, with experience across both paid and organic acquisition channels.
- Data Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve results, with proficiency in analytical tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Analytical Mindset and Experimentation: Proven ability to build hypotheses and run A/B tests to identify effective approaches and strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team organization and motivational skills, with experience in leadership and mentorship.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts and ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability and Proactivity: Willingness to take ownership, act quickly, and adapt to changes in a startup environment.
What you will do:
- Growth Strategy Development and Execution: Create and implement growth strategies to increase the user base and revenue, focusing on key channels and funnels.
- Identify and Execute Growth Experiments: Build and create different test products such as freemium trials or similar to identify the best channels for long term student acquisition
- Growth Team Management: Lead the marketing and analytics teams, setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and coaching team members.
- Sales and Retention Funnel Optimization: Increase conversion rates at all stages of the user journey—from initial engagement to repeat purchases and retention.
- Data Analysis and A/B Testing: Continuously analyze data and conduct experiments to make data-driven decisions and optimize current processes.
- Marketing Campaigns: Oversee all marketing campaigns, including paid channels, content marketing, SEO, and CRM strategies.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with other companies and platforms to expand reach and brand awareness.
- Improving LTV and CAC: Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and increase Lifetime Value (LTV) by enhancing user experience and delivering additional product value.
