The position available is Tech Lead. You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary design and development (D&D) team, co-creating digital products for our customers and also for the market in our ateli LAB – ateliware's product development laboratory.


If you want to take the next step in your career with us, you will be able to work with different technologies and languages. For example, we currently have products being developed in: Elixir, Javascript/Typescript environments (Node, Express, React, Vue, React Native), Python, and Flutter.


By the way, we are a remote first company, that is, working remotely is our standard business – but if you are in Curitiba, you can opt for a hybrid model without any problem. In any case, all internal processes remain 100% remote, including the hiring process, which takes place entirely online.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Be the technical reference for the team, being responsible for technical decisions and definitions;
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the technology stack and architecture, making decisions and offering solutions to complex technical challenges;
• Value the quality of the code created following the best market practices;
• Act as a bridge between the development team and other areas, such as product, business, and design, facilitating communication among those involved and ensuring that everyone is aligned with the project's expectations and priorities;
• Assist in planning and prioritizing tasks, organizing the technical backlog, managing technical debt, and ensuring that deliveries meet deadlines and maintain high quality.

Requisitos e qualificações

• 5+ years of experience with web/mobile software engineering (or equivalent experience);
• Experience with leadership;
• Proficiency in .NET and C#;
• Advanced/Fluent English;
• Extensive experience with Agile Project Management (Scrum/Kanban);
• Ability to solve complex problems with simple and elegant solutions.
