- Advanced/Fluent English proficiency is mandatory;
- Living em Brazil is mandatory
- 6-8 years of experience working in a role delivery of large multifunctional projects in Compliance domain.
Main Skills
- Able to independently review and analyze business requirements, evaluate data sources, business rules etc.
- Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and management.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC (Waterfall and Agile)
- Hands on experience in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Execution and Defect Management and other testing related artifacts
- Hands on experience in creating and executing test scenarios, test cases, functional testing, regression testing, data driven testing and meeting their SLAs
- Strong understanding of SQL concepts must have experience in Oracle, SQL Server databases
- Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, Test Rail, Test NG etc. (Preferred)
- Detail oriented with great organization skills , able to communicate well with Stakeholders and provide good summary of the testing effort on regular basis.
- Able to independently chair the QA calls , take meeting minutes , follow up on the required areas . Highlight any risk/issues.
- Go-getter attitude, ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- This position will be responsible for testing with data and compliance applications supporting Markets business.
- It is a hands on position, you will be required to provide test strategy, test estimation, write and execute test cases, build test automation where it is applicable.
- Additional responsibilities include work closely with the stakeholders, project manager, business analysts and the application developers, utilize functional documentation and technical specifications to facilitate the creation and execution of manual and automated test scripts, perform data analysis and creation of test data, track and help resolve defects.
- Ensure that all testing is conducted and documented in adherence with MUFG standards.
