Responsibilities:

• We are currently looking for a Senior/Master Java Backend Developer to work on the evolution of automation and deployment processes, in addition to a backlog of new features, for a strategic customer product focused on the mining market; In this role, you will collaborate closely with a mixed team and have direct exposure to the clients; We require strong negotiation skills and the ability to propose solutions, presenting the trade-offs of each option for discussion;

  Requirements for this challenge:

• Experience in Software Development;
• Very Strong Java coding skills;
• Deep understanding of Java garbage collector, design patterns, multithreading, and performance optimization techniques;
• Proven experience in REST APIs and IAM;
• Proven experience in Linux and Shell Scripting;
• Proven experience in Automation for CI/CD, configuration injection and testing;
• Problem-solving ability and attention to details;
• Proven success in software architecture and systems design.

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of computer networking and the TCP/IP stack;
• Experience in Kafka and Event-driven architectures;
• Experience with some of the industry standard solutions for Cloud Native Architectures;
