• Assist our service centers in the process of receiving and authorizing invoices (Goods and Services);
• Ensure the accuracy of receipts awaiting processing (CARS);
• Responsible for the proper processing of invoices while respecting the internal invoicing procedure in the Sen Saas payable system;
• Manage anomalies;
• Reconcile account statements;
• Ensure the application of internal controls and participate in various internal audits
• Ensure correct accounting allocation Provide administrative support to internal suppliers and customers;
• Follow up on various files;
• Participate in various department projects.

• DEC in accounting or equivalent;
• Result-oriented;
• Have great customer service and customer satisfaction;
• Ability to establish priorities;
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Demonstrate professional ethics; Initiative, rigor and autonomy;
• Ease of working on different computer systems;
• French and English bilingualism (spoken and written);
• Knowledge of software:
• MS Office suite, AS400 and Sen Saas an asset;
• Knowledge of SAP, Peoplesoft or Oracle would be an asset;
• Having experienced an ERP system implementation an asset
• Availability and flexibility in work schedule.
