Administrative Assistant - Grande Prairie OSB
The Administrative Assistant is a key member of the HR Team at Grande Prairie OSB, overseeing administrative processes, supporting benefits, payroll, communication and various social events.
You'll do
HR Support

• General administration functions
• Administrative support for benefits and other HR tracking initiatives
• Backup for payroll processing

Site Communication

• Ensure timely sharing of information throughout our facility in an engaging manner

Event Coordination

• With the HR Team - assist with Health & Wellness activities throughout the year
• Coordinate various Team Building and Social events
• Support efforts for community engagement including charitable causes and job fairs / career expos

You have:

• Demonstrated success in an administrative role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in your work
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, with advanced Excel skills
• Exhibit a positive & engaging attitude to support and interact with all our Team Members
• Self directed with the ability to work independently and maintain confidential information
• Flexibility to adjust to varying workloads and tasks
