A fulltime day shift position as an Administrative Assistant located in Welland!
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proficient in computer operations, and capable of handling various administrative tasks in a dynamic office environment.
Responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Various administrative duties - typing, filing, faxing etc
• Answering phone calls and handling inquiries
• Correspondence across departments, branches and locations
• Basic marketing functions in relation to marketing materials
• Basic Social Media management functions
• Operating computers with proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel, and adapting to company-specific software

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of Administrative Assistant or equivalent experience
• Data Entry experience is required
• Marketing or Social Media experience is required
• Bi-lingual in French is an asset
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to adapt quickly to company-specific software
• Reliability is important
• Candidate must be able to start immediately
• This position is not on a public transit route so candidates must have their own transportation.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Wage: $21 per hour
