A little about the role:
The primary areas of responsibility for this position are to provide administrative and receptionist support services to C4i, Chair, employees within Trades & Technology and to ensure effective day-to-day management of the department office by maintaining effective office procedures and efficient workflow.Details:
- One year certificate in business/office administration OR an equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
- Two to three years office experience.
- Knowledge of post-secondary systems, FOIP and collective agreements.
- Knowledge of and skilled in administrative processes in an academic office environment.
- Interpersonal communication skills to exchange information and provide direction to others to achieve results.
Wage Rate: $20.92 per hour (Start Rate); $23.56 per hour (Job Rate)
This position will require the successful candidate to present a valid Police Information/Criminal Record Check.
