Position Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our growth by contacting, qualifying, and setting closing appointments for inbound leads and previous customers. This is a commission-based position, ideal for those who are motivated by success and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Please note that this is NOT a remote position, regular in office attendance is required.
Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and qualify inbound leads and previous customers.
• Set closing appointments with potential clients.
• Maintain a high daily dial volume to ensure a consistent pipeline.
• Update and manage the CRM system daily with lead and customer information.
• Participate in daily role-playing sessions and call reviews to continually improve skills.

Requirements:

• Clear, natural spoken English is a MUST.
• Previous sales, marketing, or call center experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is a plus.
