HAYDEN Diamond Bit Industries Ltd. specializes in the design, manufacture and distribution of diamond coring bits and other diamond products for the world’s mining and exploration industry. We are seeking for a Setter in Richmond, BC.


Objectives:
The Diamond and Carbide Setter is responsible for following and maintaining the standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure high-quality diamond and carbide setting and powder packing. This role requires adherence to specified guidelines and active participation in improving the process through feedback and collaboration with the Quality Department.

• General Skills
  • Competent in the English language and able to communicate efficiently
  • Basic computer abilities. Able to use computer to record data.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and provide constructive feedback

Working Conditions

• • Able to work flexible shifts.
  • Must not be allergic to dust, graphite or metal compounds.
  • Able to work sitting down for the duration of the 8 hours shift.
  • Able to lift/move weights up to 25 lbs.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Must have legal working status in Canada

Shift: 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM
