HAYDEN Diamond Bit Industries Ltd. specializes in the design, manufacture and distribution of diamond coring bits and other diamond products for the world’s mining and exploration industry. We are seeking for Final Inspector 1 in Richmond, BC.


OBJECTIVES:

The Inspector 1 is responsible for following and maintaining the standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure high-quality inspection of in-process product. This role requires adherence to specified guidelines and active participation in improving the process through feedback and collaboration with the Quality Department.

Responsibilities:


General Skills

• Competent in the English language and able to communicate efficiently
• Basic computer abilities. Able to use computer to record data.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintain high-quality standards
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and provide constructive feedback
• Good eyesight and steady hands.

Working Conditions

• Able to work flexible shifts.
• Must not be allergic to dust, graphite or metal compounds.
• Able to work standing? for the duration of the 8 hours shift
• Able to lift/move weights up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in a team.
• Must have legal working status in Canada
• The role requires working in a manufacturing environment.

Job type: Permanent full time
Salary rate: TBD
Benefits: After 3 months of probationary period
Shifts: 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM
