Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

This position will be working remotely. Flexible on location.
Must be bilingual in French and English.
Job Summary:
The Inside Sales / IFC - Account Developer will process customer orders for C-level customer tier, which includes orders of no more than 5,000 litres per month. This role will handle new sales opportunities in this tier from either inbound calls or leads transferred by the IFC - Lead Generators or Fuel Consultants. The IFC-AD is responsible for providing price quotes, collection and submittal of documents for new account setup and to ensure onboarding of C-level customers is successful. The Account Developer is responsible for developing strong customer relationships with their assigned C level portfolio via phone, email, and web contact, to ensure we are pursuing all their business opportunities.
Major Job Functions:
  • Contacting a portfolio for Quebec and Eastern Canada.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly activity targets for Client Care Calls
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual Existing Business threshold on existing business within their portfolio
  • Contacts C customers to establish and maintain relationships via client care calls and providing support as required.
  • Focus on growing wallet size for C customers.
  • Provide prompt telephone/email follow up to inbound leads from all sources and properly document and track results
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base to become an expert on 4Refuel capabilities and services. Study our value proposition as part of your sales presentation
  • Adheres to 4Refuel Canada sales process by maintaining an active sales pipeline for C accounts.
  • Utilize CRM to track all pertinent information related to the opportunity and effectively manage lead generation in assigned territory
  • Participates in training opportunities to enhance and maintain personal and service offering knowledge. Participate in ongoing improvements to call scripting, objection handling, client care and time management.
  • Conduct outbound calls in both English and French
  • Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.
Specific Skills:
  • Must be bilingual in French and English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communication skills
  • Strategic sales capabilities which support selling to the C-Level of small businesses, balanced with tactical skills for a fast-paced, high volume lead follow-up environment
  • Ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach, and balance assertive sales follow-up without being overly aggressive
  • A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture
  • A technical aptitude
  • Basic research skills required.
  • Effective communication skills to provide beneficial recommendations to solve client related issues related to invoicing, pricing and service.
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key external stakeholders.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.

Knowledge:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs.
  • Prior experience with a CRM program is an asset
Accountability:
  • Ensure accurate pricing and service charges are provided and discussed with customers.
  • Ensure all documentation required for new account setups is submitted accurately into database.
  • Ensure all client concerns are actioned with urgency.
Education & Experience:
  • Secondary School Diploma required.
  • One to two years’ experience in value-add, solution-based selling or related direct sales background with proven history of quota over achievement
  • Experience selling value add business solutions via telephone
