Billing Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable, customer service, and financial services. Experience with accounting software such as Sage is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the billing process
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation
- Handle accounts payable tasks
- Provide excellent customer service regarding billing inquiries
- Conduct data entry accurately and efficiently
- Utilize mathematical skills for billing calculations
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts payable or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage
- Strong account analysis and reconciliation skills
- Excellent data entry accuracy and speed
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
