Client Executive

The Client Executive will be responsible for maintaining and expanding low-risk accounts from a small book of business, as well as assisting senior level colleagues with maintaining and expanding large or complex accounts. This role offers an opportunity to refine and develop technical and managerial sales skills, as well as gain exposure to a wide range of clients and industries.
We will count on you to:

Collaborate with senior level colleagues and project specialists to identify key decision makers, account needs, and underlying risks in order to determine potential services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address client business objectives and compliance requirements.

Conduct research and analysis to target new buyer hubs and gain insight into expansion opportunities, strategizing internal offerings and market trends to ideally institutionalize accounts within the business.

Analyze and conceptualize collected project, account, and market data into viable offerings for proposal work, both for personal accounts and superior colleagues' accounts.

Assist in developing custom solutions to address account and/or prospective account needs for complex accounts, and effectively present or assist with presentations for all solutions to senior colleagues or accounts/prospects.

Work to ensure all managed accounts are in good standing, and address escalated issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner to ensure operational excellence and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Nourish and grow professional network within client organizations, building strong relationships and understanding client needs and preferences.

Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to build a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market, and represent the Company.
What you need to have:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-
Experience in commercial insurance.
-
French and English on bilingual level
-
Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
-
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and industry professionals.
-
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
