Robert Half is currently representing a dynamic and high-performing organization seeking to hire a dedicated and organized Collections Analyst.

Responsibilities:
Track and reconcile outstanding accounts from past due amounts
Analyze client accounts and determine appropriate collection action
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries related to billing and collections
Coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Sales Departments to reconcile discrepancies
Cheque runs
Handling EFT and credit card payments
Prepare reports detailing collection activities and progress
Monitor and maintain assigned accounts

Previous experience in a collections role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
