Your job:
- Proactively coordinate your manager’s schedule and conduct rigorous follow-ups
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring administrative follow-up and coordinating all related logistics
- Be responsible for all administrative activities such as organizing travel, onboarding and offboarding team members, managing supplies, and handling expense accounts
- Interact confidentially with external clients, various bank services, and internal team members on various matters involving confidential aspects
- Provide administrative support to your team and work closely with the team of assistants to improve the administrative functioning of the service and develop internal procedures and processes.
- Be responsible for the floor coordination and act as the point of contact for the floor with building management, vendors and/or other partners.

Prerequisites:
- Post secondary diploma (college and/or university) and 1 years' relevant experience
- Experience in proactive agenda management
- Experience as an assistant – an asset
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and all collaboration tools (Yammer, Share Point, Teams, etc)
- Strong ability to determine priorities and urgent items
- Strong adaptability and proactivity
- Professionalism, thoroughness, and confidentiality
- Excellent relational skills with various stakeholders and strong teamwork ability
- Sense of autonomy, initiative, and urgency
- Interpersonal skills (customer-focused)
