WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll:
- Welcome customers to the brand and our variety of products
- Handle multiple call types from our various members in North America and answer general customer inquiries clearly and professionally
- Assist in correcting billing concerns.
- Assist customers with navigation and roadside assistance or vehicle warranty and recalls while making tailored recommendation on our products and services to meet their needs
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:
- 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) us beneficial
- A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based application)
- The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week. Currently, we are not hiring students
