The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
Responsibilities Summary:
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
  • Utilize accounting software Quick Books
  • Conduct financial audits to identify discrepancies
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Payroll and all government submissions

  • Analyze financial and operational data to calculate doctor compensation accurately, considering productivity, revenue generation, and contractual agreements.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used in draw calculations and address any discrepancies.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to doctor compensation and draw calculations.
  • Manage the accounts receivable function, including preparation of AR aging report in collaboration with the practices
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging, identify and address payment issues, and optimize collection procedures.
  • Analyze accounts receivable data and generate reports to assess cash flow, collection performance, and outstanding balances.
  • Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, related to doctor compensation and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations to communicate trends, variances, and performance indicators
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to draw calculations and accounts receivable.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement based on financial analysis.
  • Assist with both external and internal audits on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Process monthly and ad hoc journal entries.

What we’re looking for:
  • Degree in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst (1+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner

Schedule:
  • Flexible, one day a week

Experience:
  • Accounting: 1 year (required)
  • Quick Books: 1 year (required)
  • Accounting software: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person and remote
