- Flexible schedule to include AT LEAST two Weekend days a month.
- Answer all phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Effectively and professionally greet and communicate with all visitors to the office
- Schedule appointments
- Take payments
- Submitting insurance claims through our dental program.
- Ensure proper patient follow-up
- Serve as a point of contact for various inquiries
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Advanced duties may include Hygiene/Recall Coordinating and Treatment Planning and more depending on your level of dental expertise
- Supporting and properly communicating with the clinical team
- Canadian Dental field formal training (CDA or RDH) or 2 years of Canadian Dental Office experience with codes and insurance required
- EXCELLENT communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional telephone manner
- EXCELLENT Computer skills/typing skills a must
- Experience handling dental insurance claims considered an asset
- Self starting AND hard working

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
