Job Overview
Are you an experienced e Commerce professional ready to take the lead in driving online sales growth and digital marketing strategies? We’re seeking a self-starting e Commerce Associate who will play a key role in shaping and expanding our online presence across major platforms like Amazon, e Bay, and Walmart. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly contribute to the company’s growth and success.
What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership: You’ll be responsible for managing our entire e Commerce platform portfolio, from product listings to sales strategies, making a significant impact on our digital sales performance.
• Strategic Growth: Work under the mentorship of senior leadership while owning key e Commerce functions, giving you the opportunity to influence and grow sales across new and existing platforms, both regionally and internationally.
• Innovation: Be at the forefront of e Commerce trends, implementing well thought out and unique strategies that optimize digital sales performance and expand our reach into new markets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, sales, and content teams to create campaigns and promotions that drive engagement and revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and manage product listings, coordinating with the content to ensure all products are accurately uploaded and regularly updated across all e Commerce platforms.
• Manage customer service for product inquiries and reviews, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the promotional calendar and manage budgets for each e Commerce platform, while developing strategies to grow sales and expand into new regional markets.
• Monitor e Commerce orders, manage pricing, and ensure the optimization of all listings.
• Lead the marketing calendar and budget, creating and optimizing paid search ads and other promotional campaigns, and analyze and manage campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to meet goals. Additionally, use A/B testing, keyword adjustments, and data analysis to continually improve campaign performance.
• Conduct market research on competitors and new products to refine our sales strategies and online presence.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in e Commerce**, particularly in web merchandising or similar roles.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, commerce, or a related field.
• Expertise in e Commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing tools such as
• Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience in handling e Commerce platform back-end systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities, thriving in fast-paced environments with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, driving results through teamwork and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
