Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store, enhancing user experience, and driving sales through effective digital marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of technical skills and creativity, making it essential for the candidate to have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
Duties
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels on e-commerce platforms.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct data analysis using SQL to monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights for optimization.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products and engage customers.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing promotional materials using Adobe software.
  • Maintain the company website using Word Press, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns to effectively target potential customers and maximize ROI.
  • Stay current with industry trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and technology advancements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis purposes.
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of HTML to make basic edits on web pages as needed.
  • Experience with Word Press or similar content management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
