Requirements

• A new team member is a jack-of-all trades who does construction, renovation, carpentry and has a background in restoration.
• 
  The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn new skills and seek out new challenges.
• 
  Hours may include nights, and weekends as we provide emergency services.
• 
  Out of town travel could be a possibility
• 
  A valid driver’s license with a good driving abstract is a must.
• 
  Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• 
  Must be legally able to work in Canada
• 
  Detail oriented
• 
  Identify potential safety or maintenance issues
• 
  Good communication skills
• 
  Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks.
• 
  Job can be physically demanding including walking, standing, bending and crouching.
