Your tasks:

• We support our customers in analyzing their needs and setting up functional processes using the Odoo solution: this involves understanding the business, analyzing, advising and growing the tool with the company through an iterative approach.
• Analyze business and functional processes according to business elements, requirements and specifications;
• Carry out a technical analysis to implement the process in Odoo, while respecting best practices
• Produce high-quality functional and technical specifications;
• Support implementation and integration (parameterization, development, testing, quality assurance), in conjunction with the development team
• Help customers manage change through a variety of channels, including communication and training;
• Make proposals for new functionalities that will benefit the customer, more relevant processes or improved operations.
• Follow key project management indicators and be rigorous in follow-up;
• Participate in internal management and improvement meetings;
• Be able to design documentation and run individual and group training sessions.
