Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit professional with experience in procurement? Do you want to be apart of a growing team of procurement specialists?
We're looking for you to join our team as a Manager, Supply Chain Solutions in Toronto, ON.
As a key member of our growing team, you will perform a variety of roles across different areas of procurement, leveraging your versatility, initiative, and curiosity to drive value for our clients. You will collaborate on consulting mandates that cover strategic sourcing, sustainable sourcing, transactional sourcing, supplier management, performance management, and risk management. Additionally, you will provide coaching on purchasing governance, processes, organization, and technology.
In this role, you will lead business case formulation, guide clients through the Ivalua technology transformation journey, and manage the end-to-end delivery of procurement transformation projects. You'll develop and implement strategies for operational improvement within client organizations and their supplier networks, taking an agnostic approach to e Procurement technologies. You will stay current with industry trends and contribute to thought leadership in supply chain innovation and digital transformation. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring procurement data for cost-saving opportunities, mentoring team members on Ivalua solutions, and providing regular project updates to senior management. Working with high-profile clients across key industries, you will drive procurement initiatives and support the growth of our Ivalua delivery practice through strategic planning, recruitment, and marketing efforts.

REQUIREMENTS
- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience
- Experience in procurement and consulting, with expertise in business transformation and governance
- Strong skills in performance improvement, process optimization, and change management
- Strong leadership and presenting skills
- Proven ability to write business cases and manage complex projects independently
