We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a General Office Clerk to join our team in the Professional Services industry, based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks and requires a detail-oriented individual who possesses a range of skills including data entry, administrative assistance, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing customer credit applications as part of the daily workflow
• Maintaining and updating customer credit records in a systematic manner
• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary
• Organizing files and documents for easy retrieval and efficient workflow
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for data management and communication
• Scanning documents and ensuring accurate digital record-keeping
• Understanding and following verbal instructions to meet job requirements
• Ensuring usage of proper English in all written and verbal communication
• Assisting in other administrative duties as required.
• Applicant must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Possession of strong administrative assistance skills
• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy
• Experience in organizing files, both physically and digitally
• Capabilities in scanning and document scanning are essential
• Ability to follow verbal instructions accurately and efficiently
• Proficient in proper English usage, both written and verbal
• No prior experience is required, making this position suitable for those entering the workforce for the first time
• Open to all individuals, regardless of age, gender, or nationality
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional services environment is essential.
