We are currently looking for culinary enthusiasts to help lead our kitchen at one of our Whitehorse restaurant.

Applicants should be motivated, versatile, possess a positive attitude. Also must be flexible with hours, and have transportation.
Reporting to the Executive Chef you will lead a team of 5+ cooks
- have at least 2years or more previous experience cooking in a restaurant setting
- have at least 2years in a supervisor role in a kitchen brigade environment
- have an international cuisine experience outside of Canada is welcome
- able to prepare and assist with a wide variety of foods in an accurate and professional manner.
- be fully knowledgeable and competent in the safe and correct use of all kitchen equipment.
- be able to work independently and within a team setting.
- be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Working conditions may include long periods of time standing and carrying heavy food trays (up to 40 lbs.). Work hours can include holidays, weekends, evenings according to fluctuating business levels.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
