EXPERIENCE:

• Experience providing HR services in disciplines such as Labour Relations, Classification, Staffing/Resourcing/Recruitment, Learning and Professional Development, HR Planning, Disability Management
• Experience providing strategic advice and recommendations to management on human resources issues (e.g., staffing, organizational design, classification, labour relations, training, disability management, occupational health and safety, or other HR disciplines)
• Experience preparing various professional communications, such as memos to staff, briefing notes, presentations, or written reports
• Experience implementing and interpreting human resources acts, regulations, policies, and standards

• Knowledge of trends, opportunities, and challenges relating to Human Resources in the Yukon

• Willingness to successfully complete training provided by Parks Canada
