Apple One is hiring an HR Administrator in Welland (6-month Contract)
Shift- 8:00 am to 2:30 pm (30 hours)
Pay- $24/hr
Fit/Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in production level recruiting and recruiting coordination
• Payroll processing experience is an asset
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Role is required to be onsite for the hours they are working. No remote work.

Roles & responsibilities
Recruitment:

• Manage Canada-based recruitment for hourly positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Coordinate recruitment for all Canada-based positions. This includes liaising between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, and ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to company and legal standards.

HR Tasks:

• Administer the onboarding process for new hires in Canada, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
• Prepare and issue employment letters, such as offer letters, and confirmation of employment letters.
• Validate training files, ensuring all employees have completed necessary training and that records are up-to-date.
• Support the administration of the New Uniform Program, including ordering, distribution, and inventory management.
• Maintain and update the company's document management system and ATS system
