Major Responsibilities
1) Career Planning and Coaching
· Provide career planning and talent development coaching to university students and young professionals including career assessment, industry insights sharing, job applications, interview skills, business communication and career advancement etc.
· Analyze job postings and review/edit various job applications documents, including resume, cover letter, interview preparation notes and business communication correspondence etc.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide on-going career advice/counsel, conduct various mock interviews (video, telephone and/or face-to-face) and answer inquires (job application, networking, reference/background check, onboarding, career advancement etc.)
· Implement coaching follow-up, documentations and reporting to continuously improve client experience during the talent development and talent acquisition cycle
· Perform weekly job posting search and generate routine coaching reports
2) Training & Development
· Design/organize various online/offline training seminars and workshops, including performing research, hosting meetings, drafting PPT and facilitating communications with trainers
· Deliver career boot camp, job searching and career advancement training sessions (on-line/offline)
· Provide training/guidelines to relevant parties (e.g., i DC Staff, mentors, third-party partners/vendors, Mentor Assistants, Ambassadors, volunteers).
· Create e-learning contents for e-learning platforms and assist in managing existing and new social media platforms (e.g., Linked In, Xiao Hong Shu, Tik Tok, You Tube, Xiao ETong)
3) People, Performance and Team Management
· Motivate and delegate work to HR Assistant and mentors to ensure the successful delivery of wholistic career coaching process on an on-going basis
· Collaborate with other stakeholders, including Project Manager, Marketing/Sales/Customer Services, Finance and Mentor Assistants/Ambassadors, to implement new initiatives
· Provide guidance/counselling to i DC clients on various performance and team management issues/topics
· Co-ordinate with a large number of stakeholders to manage new coaching initiatives/projects
Qualification Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training & Learning, HRBP or Consulting
2. Solid knowledge of consulting, adult learning methodologies and various social media platforms (e.g., We Chat, Linked In).
3. Undergraduate or graduate degree in HR, Education, Business, Economics or Management.
4. Excellent customer services, relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Energetic, organized, detail-oriented with strong service mind-set, work ethics and can-do attitude; demonstrated self-motivator, quick learner and problem-solver.
6. Intermediate level of Excel (Pivot Table), Power Point & Word; fluency in Mandarin is a must.
7. Work towards CHRP or coaching certifications would be an asset.
