Eassons operates approximately 325 trucks and employs over 500 people. Eassons Transportation Group provides dry and temperature-controlled TL/LTL services across Canada and the United States.
Opportunity exists for a Information Systems Technician, Hybrid out of Kentville office
CORE DUTIES

First point of contact for system issues
Prioritize issues according to severity
Assist in performing task automation and implement process improvements
Connect with collaborators to understand objectives and clarify the needs or impacts to our systems
Design, and implement the solutions based on business requirements
Assist in the preparation of end-user materials
Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Good understanding of computer systems, including thin clients, Citrix, Azure, and Office 365
