This position will take place in a fast pace, friendly, and team-oriented environment. An ideal candidate will possess an exceptional attention to detail. Further, they must be able to exemplify speed and accuracy. This position requires the candidate to work both independently at times and collaboratively with a team at times. Multi-tasking is crucial as there are many components and responsibilities related to this position to support both our lending and leasing businesses (EFS & EH).
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review loan modifications forms, ticket completion with accuracy and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Assist loan officers and underwriters with loan processing tasks, including data entry, verification, and file maintenance. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the smooth flow of loan applications and approvals.
- Conduct regular audit reviews of loan modifications to identify errors, inconsistencies, and compliance issues.
- Follow up with Central Admin cumulative outages, report repeat on recurring errors.
- Analyze audit findings and recommend corrective actions to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and update current process documents for Central Administration. Provide training and guidance to staff members on proper documentation practices and compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports on audit findings, and process improvements.
- Assist with ongoing projects, supporting team members.
ATTRIBUTES & COMPETENCIES
- 1 - 3 years’ experience within the Financial Services Industry in a related role
- Intermediate experience working with Microsoft products, specifically: Word, Excel & Outlook knowledge.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think outside the box
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to meet critical deadlines in a timely and effective manner
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment Able to work as part of a team and independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to multitask Adapts well to change Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal English)
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Capable of managing multiple tasks at once and prioritizing work
- Ability to create a sense of urgency in work and react quickly and appropriately to problems at the store level
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Operating hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, these hours are subject to change based on our business requirements.
