**Positions Available:** Day and Afternoon Shifts
**Location:** Milton, ON (Reliable transportation required)
Role Overview:
As a member of our production team, you’ll assemble, fit, and install parts using hand and power tools. You’ll follow manufacturing documents to ensure our product lines meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Select and assemble parts for each job.
• Ensure proper torque and accuracy during assembly.
• Follow Operational Method Sheets and report any issues.
• Adhere to safety codes and maintain station integrity.
• Inspect materials and completed panels for quality.
• Prepare products for shipping.
• Use tools like air compressors to adjust products.
• Perform daily 5S+ tasks.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in manufacturing or assembly.
• Experience with hand/power tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:

• Assembly: 3 years (required)
• Reading and Interpreting Schematic Drawings/Blueprints: 3 years (required)
