We are seeking a responsible and caring nanny to provide exceptional childcare for two 2-year-old children. The ideal candidate should have experience in childcare, a genuine love for children, and the ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
This is a full-time position. You must be available from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays in the Kitsilano and Dunbar area.
Start date: Monday, September 30th
Pay: $22-24/hour
Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the safety of the two children at all times.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Ensure a tidy and organized play and living environment.
• Follow the family's rules and routines in place for the children.
• Communicate effectively with parents about children's daily activities, behaviours, and any concerns.
• Other tasks that help the parents when there is time such as light housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in babysitting or childcare.
• Experience taking care of 2 children
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• A warm and nurturing personality.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job location.
• Free parking is available (if needed)
• Must be able to legally work in Canada
• Languages spoken: English.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
