Since 1990, Agro-100 has been a successful company dedicated to optimizing yields by enhancing soil fertility and plant health in field crops, fruits, vegetables, and horticulture across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. We are expanding, and we want you to be a part of our continued growth!
Your Responsibilities:
- Harvest revenues like a pro: identify sales opportunities and trends, create strategic sales plans, and implement them to exceed our business goals.
- Cultivate your team’s growth: coach each member daily to foster a consultative sales culture within the team.
- Grow Agro-100's market presence: lead group sessions, support the launch of new biostimulant technologies and expand our distribution network.
- Nurture customer relationships: ensure client satisfaction with your team, by building a problem-solving culture.
- (Bio)stimulate your team to optimize our CRM: establish strategies based on our KPIs.
- You have over 5 years of experience as a B2B Sales Director (essential)
- You have lead a team of 5 or more members in the past (essential)
- You master spoken and written English (essential)
- You are ready to travel by car throughout Ontario (essential)
- You are willing to get both your hands and shoes dirty (essential)
- You speak Spanish and/or French (asset)
- You have a background in agriculture (asset)
- You are results- and solutions-oriented
- Your strategic mindset is complemented by strong analytical abilities
- You possess inspirational leadership and know how to communicate effectively
- You are rigorous and proactive
- 175k Salary + Bonus
- 4 weeks of vacation
- Group insurance including dental and vision coverage
- We match your RRSP contributions up to $1500 per year
- Full-time remote work including travels in Ontario
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $175,000.00 per year
