Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate with international suppliers to track status of shipments and arrange the delivery at Natco’s warehouse.

• Liaise with the clearing and forwarding agents.
• Ensure that all documentation is checked and processed accurately, including preparing shipping documentation i.e., waybills, customs clearance documents, etc.
• Ensure that all the shipment invoices are accurately checked and processed, and that commercial contracts are renewed as needed.
• Key point of contact with 3PL on inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate inventory shipments amongst various warehouses to ensure seamless delivery to distribution centers.
• Must know the operations and supply chain duties in the Pharmaceutical Industry (in Canada).
• Assist and manage projects as assigned by the Manager.

Knowledge and Skill

• Positive can-do attitude coupled with a professional demeanor.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with good attention to detail.
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse management, and supply chain is a must.
• Proactive, self-starter that takes full ownership of work and seeks input as required.
• Excellent teamworking and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop good internal and external working relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel)
• Approaches all situations with a growth mindset, willing to learn and establish themselves as an expert in critical areas of the role.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is considered an asset.
• Post-secondary education with a focus on logistics/supply chain would be a definite asset.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar work (logistics/Operations/Supply Chain).
• Proficiency in English language is a must.
