Responsibilities:
-
Sorting parcels for 3 hours/day
-
Conducting warehouse searches
-
Replying to customer service / tracing emails
-
Entering data including adding comments in the system for tracking
-
Updating problem shipments on drive
-
Comfortable with Google applications ( email, drive, docs, etc. )
-
Excellent communication and teamwork
-
Ability to work independently and with a team
-
50% computer/phone - 50% standing or walking in the warehouse ( varies on the day )
-
Working with Parcel OS&D
-
Must be able to lift up to 70lbs
-
Standing bending & twisting
-
Good typing/data entry and clerical skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office & google applications
-
Able to communicate both verbally and in writing
-
Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
-
Attention to detail in all areas of work
-
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
