Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth business procedures.
- Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Ocean and air / export& import shipments operation
- Prepare tracking reports
- Invoicing and collection
- Follow up w customers on their booking
- Prepare tools for pricing
- Ensuring all appropriate documents are sent to parties involved
- Ensuring to schedule drivers to pick up and deliver loads to customers or vendors.
- Monitoring cargo status and sending out daily reports to consignees as per time limits.
- Carrying out tasks on other assigned projects as needed
